As a multicultural and bilingual person I have developed a passion for self-discovery and identity development throughout life which has transpired into helping others do the same through for over a decade of working with youth and adult clients. I specialize in helping others take ownership and control in their lives, feel safe despite a history of anxiety/fear or trauma, become confident as their own unique self, and able to successfully connect with others and the world around them.

Supporting clients that experience depression and other mood related conditions is a daily part of my clinical practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with both youth and adults. Either via psychological assessment or therapy, I have over a decade of experience helping improve the lives of clients and their families that are impacted by depression and other mood related conditions, oftentimes using a CBT or DBT approach, but always matching the approach to each specific client's needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I am trained and passionate about using helpful and effective approaches that are evidenced-based and skills based, as well as processed and exposure based, to help clients gain understanding, awareness, and control over their physical and cognitive symptoms of anxiety. For the past 12 years, I have been assessing and treating anxiety with youth and adults. I am confident in using my professional training, clinical skill, and specializations to help you.

I have a specialization in psychological testing with youth and adults, that includes completing a post-doctoral internship at an American Psychology Association (APA) approved training site that is focused on testing with youth and adults in residential and high-level of care settings. I am an ADHD certified provider and am certified in conducting the ADOS-2 with youth and adults as part of my testing for autism, as well as other evidence-based tests for anxiety mood, ADHD, personality, etc.

I completed my doctoral training and post-doctoral training at programs that were approved by the American Psychology Association (APA) which provided training through evidence-based and skills-based approaches such as DBT. I completed specific training for Trauma-Focused DBT and have used all of these skills (distress tolerance, emotional identification, mindfulness, and effective communication) in the over decade of clinical service that I have provided with youth and adult clients.

While obtaining my doctorate degree and license as a Clinical Psychologist, I have extensive training and over a decade of direct clinical experience providing CBT. I am trained and passionate about helping clients challenge and replace thought patterns that have become unhelpful, unrealistic, and get in the way of their goals. By working with people on how they think, it leads to significant changes in how they feel, behave, and experience each moment and their overall quality of life.
