About My Clients
I invite you to reach out for a strengths based approach. I work with children, teens, young adults, individuals, and couples that want support with transitions, identity, communication/conflict resolution, personal growth, premarital relationships, depression/anxiety, grief, ADHD, school problems, and families impacted by substance abuse. I offer openness, curiosity, and respect as a counselor. My clients want a safe place to feel known and understood.
My Background and Approach
I have a special place in my heart for working with children, teens, and young adults. My orientation comes fom a "systems" perspective. I focus on how people function in relationships with those around them, as well as asking about what is going on inside them. I incorporate solution focused therapy, CBT, and EFT as they relate to treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer openness, curiosity, and respect as a counselor. I have extensive experience in childhood and adolescent therapy and couple therapy. I would be honored to walk with you through painful and challenging situations in life. I would love to hear how I can be helpful to you.
