About My Clients
I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families navigating identity, attachment wounds, trauma, and major transitions. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck, wanting a space where their experiences are met with steadiness and compassion. Grounded in a relational, attachment lens, I pay attention to how past relationships shape present patterns and how protection, coping, and connection show up between us in the room.
My Background and Approach
I believe clients carry an innate wisdom about what they need to heal, and I’m honored to support that process. Grounded in an attachment lens, I integrate relational, somatic, CBT, and trauma‑informed approaches to meet each person where they are and help them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and deepen self‑awareness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change and positive growth is available for anyone when they are ready. Therapy is a space for self-reflection and to view and challenge unhealthy behaviors and patterns that have developed. Through this insight, I believe that a person is able to become self-aware and change what they feel they need to change. Anxiety can receive a stigma associated with it, yet I like to think of it as the companion that helped keep you safe. It is when it gets to be a little too strong when people face challenges in their lives. I also feel that operating from a multicultural approach is extremely important. I'd love to get to know you holistically, and help you find your voice!
