About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of their next step. Many of my clients come in feeling exhausted from trying to keep up, unsure why things feel harder than they “should,” or frustrated by strategies that have not worked. Together, we focus on understanding your unique patterns, building systems that fit your life, and developing self-advocacy, confidence, and independence.
My Background and Approach
I hold a graduate degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and have completed PEERS® training, an evidence-based approach to social skills and relationship development. My experience also includes working with individuals navigating chronic and complex health conditions such as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Chiari malformation. I understand how medical, sensory, and neurological differences can intersect and impact daily life in ways that are often invisible to others. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and grounded. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and adaptable to your needs. I listen closely and help you make sense of what feels overwhelming or unclear. Sessions are collaborative and practical without feeling rushed or pressured. We move at a pace that works for your energy, attention, and processing style.
