About My Clients
I work with adults who are going through difficult transitions and wanting to make changes in their life. Times of crisis though very painful, can also be an opportunities for great personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 22171) registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I specialize in psychotherapy for adults of all ages and backgrounds. My therapeutic style encompasses cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion focused therapies. When you come to me for help, we will focus on what is most important to you. Together we will work on better understanding your concerns. By the end of the session we will develop a plan to help you move forward. I will check in with you after each session to make sure you feel heard and were are working together to make meaningful changes in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my own personal experience I have found that when we give ourselves permission and space we are better able to make choices aligned w our values. I truly believe everyone has their own instructions label and its has been my honor to have worked for over twenty years to help people find theirs.
