About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety (been there!), panic attacks, depression and general life STUFF that feels like it has hopped into the driver’s seat of your life. Holistic practices can reduce mental health symptoms tremendously, and I look forward to teaching you tools to take your life back. I never want someone spending time wondering what I am thinking. I work to create an environment of authenticity and a place where you feel your vulnerability is honored.
My Background and Approach
I prefer my office space feeling more living room-like and less office-like. I think this speaks to my style as a therapist. I have a laid back approach and invite you to feel comfortable to do the same in our time together. Shoes off feel better? Cool. Feel best wrapped up in a blanket with a fidget? Do it! Therapy does not have to be uncomfortable. I strive to connect with each client, to have them feel heard, validated and confident that what is right now is not forever. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I enjoy educating clients on the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how we can work to rewire our brains!
