About My Clients
My clients are individuals, couples, and teens. Family relationships are our greatest joy, and yet... when things aren't working well, can be a near-constant source of frustration, disconnection, and stress. I help improve communication and problem-solving skills so you can work WITH the people in your family, not against them. My clients include moms and dads who are juggling work, home, marriage, friends, kids, and trying to retain (or regain) a sense of self.

I bring wit and wisdom into our work. I share many practical tools and resources, and offer empathy and support to put them to use in your life. I find a sense of humor is essential in getting through this thing called life. We will laugh together and hopefully bring some lightness back into your life. When families work, there is nothing better. When family relationships are challenging, nothing else seems to matter. I've been working with families for 20 years, teaching tools & techniques to enable parents to create the family they envision and support their children to lead exceptional lives.
