About My Clients

Ann provides individual therapy for adults to address a range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, work-life balance, life transitions, relationship issues, attachment issues, and trauma.

My Background and Approach

Ann is trained in multiple techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Ann integrates mindfulness techniques in her practice and is also an EMDR Certified therapist. She believes compassionate treatment should be tailored to each individual client’s strengths and needs. Ann emphasizes trust in the therapeutic relationship and a non-judgmental environment so clients can feel safe to express their feelings and thoughts, process their past, learn useful skills, and work toward future goals.
