About My Clients
I specialize in perinatal (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum) & parental mental health. Allow me to hold space for you as you navigate the growth of your family, starting wherever you are in the process. While I see all clients who would like support for their perinatal or parenting journey, I have special interest in clients experiencing: miscarriage, infant loss, disabilities (in themselves or their children), fostering, adoption, and non-traditional families.
My Background and Approach
I rely on honesty and authenticity in my work and believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential. For modalities, I use an eclectic approach, borrowing from various types of therapy like Cognitive-Behavioral, Somatic, Internal Family Systems, and more. I am client-centered and want to partner with you to help you feel better.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am all about nonjudgmental support. I accept and celebrate all different types of people and families, and believe there is no "right" way to be a parent or caretaker.
