About My Clients
I specialize in grief and loss, particularly death and dying, and the emotional and spiritual work surrounding other significant transitions, rites of passage, and life cycles. If you are open to it, along the way, I may introduce a number of "alternative" modalities, for example, sound healing therapy for IFS (internal family systems, also called "parts work") or guided meditation for inner child work.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California in 2011 and spent a decade as a hospital clinician before beginning work in private practice, where I am able to integrate my passion for and education in a wide variety of healing traditions. In addition to psychotherapy, I have extensive training in yoga, energy work, sound healing, herbalism, plant spirit medicine, and many other complementary wellness methods.
