About My Clients
I work with parents and caregivers of young children who are struggling with big emotions, anxiety, tantrums or challenging behavior, sleep, feeding, toileting, or the effects of stressful or traumatic experiences. Many of the families I see know something isn’t working but aren’t sure what their child needs—or what to try next. I also work with parents who simply want support addressing concerns early, before they become bigger problems.
My Background and Approach
I provide practical parent coaching and parent-child therapy (including PCIT and CPP) for concerns such as challenging behavior, anxiety, big emotions, sleep, feeding, toileting, and stressful or traumatic experiences. My goal is to help parents better understand what’s driving their child’s behavior and leave with strategies they can actually use at home.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all children want to do well. When a child is struggling, I see their behavior as communication—not evidence that they are difficult, defiant, or “bad.” I believe parents know their children best, and my role is to help families understand what is driving a behavior, strengthen their relationship, and find practical strategies that work for their unique child and family.
