My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma therapist with 10 years of experience specializing in EMDR, an evidence‑based approach that helps first responders process and release the impact of critical incidents, chronic stress, and long‑buried trauma. EMDR doesn’t require you to relive the worst moments of your career—it helps your nervous system finally stand down so you can think clearly, sleep better, and feel more in control. My style is steady, direct, and grounded. We work together to target the root of what’s keeping you on edge: intrusive memories, irritability, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, or the constant pressure to “push through.” EMDR gives you a path to real change, helping you regain balance, resilience, and a sense of yourself outside the job.
