About My Clients

You feel torn between who you want to become and who you’ve always been. You’re trying to step into your independence, but feel pulled by the expectations of your family, your culture, and who others think you’re supposed to be. You want to honor where you come from, but you’re also craving space to explore who you are. Maybe you feel stuck between two worlds, like you’re not fully understood in either. You want to reconnect with yourself and your dreams, but you don't know how.

My Background and Approach

I come from a narrative stance and use a multicultural, feminist, decolonial, and trauma-informed lens--phew! What does this really mean? I'm curious about your stories - the ones written by you and your experiences, and the ones written by others - your family, your culture, and the oppressive systems that exist in our world. Together, we'll connect all of the dots between these stories to figure out how they're holding you back from who you truly want to be. We can rediscover your voice and rewrite your stories to reflect your authentic self - bringing the power back to you!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am pro queer/racial/social justice, an intersectional feminist, pro immigrant rights, and believe in Land Back. I'm also a huge proponent of animal rights and climate justice! Community is one of my forever priorities.
