I’ve spent years helping clients manage anxiety, self-doubt, and relational difficulties. We’ll examine how your mind processes negative thoughts and how these are impacting your life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist with a multicultural background, I deeply believe that our cultural identities shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. Growing up in Japan and Belgium, I understand how cultural values, family expectations, and societal pressures can influence not only our goals but also the way we talk to ourselves and connect with others. I believe healing starts with self-awareness, exploring how our upbringing and cultural context shape our beliefs, behaviors, and relationships. This understanding helps us honor where we come from while creating space to grow into the person we want to be. I strive to help clients embrace the complexity of their identity and find balance between cultural expectations and personal values.
