They often seek me out due to overwhelming problems/conflict in the workplace which spills over into their personal relationships, and their lives in general. At times they may experience feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, anger. rejection, and low self-esteem, but they want to get better and be happier. My Background and Approach
The tools that I use include a client-centered and interactive problem-solving approach, along with the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy exercises, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Anger Management Training. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can learn to implement healthy coping skills that result in a reduction of depression, anxiety and worry, and improved daily functioning.
