I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience. Certified in NY, NJ, PA, FL, KY, and WA, I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, psychosis, sleep disorders, and women's health issues. My care approach integrates medication management, therapy, nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise for a comprehensive, holistic plan tailored to each client.
