About My Clients
My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Emotion Processing to help individuals better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional adjustments that can come with aging. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater balance and emotional well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a mental health therapist with a Master's degree, and 28 years of experience working in behavioral health. I take a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and life challenges.
