About My Clients
In my practice I provide online individual therapy to ADOLESCENTS and ADULTS residing in California. Examples of trauma I help clients heal from include childhood and/or adult abuse, death of a loved one, witness of violence, intergenerational trauma, natural disasters, combat, discrimination, and life transitions. My Background and Approach
For nearly 20 years I have worked with individuals to heal from various traumatic experiences. I look to create an empowering space for all the adults and teens I work with including tailoring therapy approaches to meet the specific needs of the individual. Some of the therapy treatment include EMDR, CBT, EFT tapping.
