About My Clients
I work with clients who want to focus on past traumas/abuse, relationship problems, general mental health (i.e. problems with depression, anxiety, Bipolar), life transitions, grief/loss, occupational stressors, life transitions, and other concerns that may arise in day to day events.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is an eclectic approach to meet each client’s special needs and circumstances. I have extra training in CBT and EMDR therapy. I have 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field and worked in a number of settings such as group homes, psychiatric hospitals, domestic violence shelters, and outpatient/inpatient clinics.
