Today you've taken a step onto a new and positive path towards growth and well-being. It's not easy going through difficulties without seeking professional help and at times we may look for guidance from friends and loved ones and other times we need someone else to step in and guide us. I am passionate about helping you and will create an empathic, supportive and non judgmental environment where you will feel most at ease and can begin your healing process. I have extensive experience working with individuals, adults and teens, and have an open, collaborative, proactive style. I can help with anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, spirituality, life changes, relationship and parenting challenges. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which essentially means that I'll tailor my approach to your specific needs.
