About My Clients
Do you ever feel caught between who you really are and who the world expects you to be? Maybe you’ve struggled with identity, cultural expectations, or the pressure to fit in, and it leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself asking, “Where do I belong?” or “Who am I, really?” I know how painful it can be to feel unseen or misunderstood. In our work together, we’ll create a space where your whole self is welcome—your culture, your values, your story.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed counselor and art therapist who believes healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and accepted for who we are. My own background has taught me the importance of holding space for both the struggles and strengths each person carries. I bring a warm, compassionate, and creative approach to therapy, helping clients explore their story, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing. In our sessions, I use a mix of talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to meet you where you are. You don’t have to be “artistic” to benefit from art therapy—it’s about expression, not perfection. Whether through words or creativity, we’ll work together to explore your identity, navigate anxiety or life transitions, and develop tools for greater clarity and self-compassion. My goal is to walk alongside you, honoring your unique journey and empowering you to live more authentically.
