My Background and Approach
I believe that my clients walk in with all that they need in order to live a more rich and fulfilling life. Our work is to sit with the different parts of self that need soothing or listening to or being fully seen. And to bring compassion to the self-critic and empowerment to the weary part. In the end if we can find the place within where we feel safe, seen, soothed and secure then we realize that we can also experience these things in our relationships with others.
