That constant tightness and the feeling that you are sprinting toward an inevitable crash is your nervous system trying to keep you safe but it is exhausting. I offer a steady space to help you silence the alarm and finally let your body catch its breath.

Whether you’re running 100mph to outpace memories or your body is shutting down in bone-tired protection, I want you to know: Your body isn't failing; it's trying to save you.
