About My Clients
My clients ages range from 3 - 65+ and come from all walks of life with varying difficulties that arise from the human condition. It is my goal to work along side you to help you navigate life's struggles and develop the skills you need.
My Background and Approach
From a solution-focused approach I work alongside my clients to help them achieve their goals. By assisting clients in adjusting to life's difficulties, processing past and present events, build coping skills, and learning how to manage life's stressors, they can "Keep Moving Forward" (Walt Disney) in the ever challenging adventure that is their life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is difficult and this alone can cause challenges that can be triggered both internally and externally. Our minds can impact how we see ourselves and the world around us, compounding an already difficult existence. It is my belief that challenging mistaken beliefs, learning to accept difficult realities, adjusting to life stressors and situations, as well as building coping skills and resources, are the keys to living the best life that one can. Life is hard, sometimes we all need a little extra help to get over those hills and back on the road we want to be on.
