My Background and Approach
As the Clinical Director of a large group practice, I offer a highly-collaborative approach which is crucial in working with attachment wounds, shame resilience, betrayal trauma, & sexual compulsive behaviors and addictions. With over 16 years in experience, I use evidence-based modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & The Gottman Method (couples), Cognitive Processing Therapy (PTSD), & the Daring Way groups. I am passionate about helping individuals who are tired of hustling, learn how to live an authentic life! We unpack difficult topics such as shame triggers, perfectionism, betrayal, & trauma. I want to work at your pace which is why I also offer intensives for highly motivated individuals and couples who would like accelerated healing. I offer couples intensives and EMDR intensives (1/2 day, full day, etc.). We create a customized plan that fits your treatment needs.
