My Background and Approach
I believe there isn’t a one size fits all to provide treatment. I use a collaborative approach and a combination of problem-solving, solution-focused skills and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to provide treatment. My specialties include anxiety, depression, all things self ( self confidence/esteem, self-doubt, self care, self love, self accountability). I firmly believe that my clients possess the knowledge and solutions they need because no one knows themselves better than they do.
