About My Clients

Those I work with often feel lost, straddling the line between who they feel they're expected to be, and who they truly are. My clients may struggle with anxiety and identity issues related to cultural traditions or expectations, parenthood, grief and loss, or other life transitions.

My Background and Approach

My practice is rooted in compassionate and whole-person care, informed by an anti-oppressive framework that acknowledges the ways systems of power create and perpetuate harm, often leaving us disconnected from ourselves and our inner knowing. I prioritize building a container of safety and trust so that you feel empowered to show up fully, in all your parts—messy, sensitive, silly, all of it—without needing to justify who you are. I blend a number of modalities depending on your unique needs, with a primary focus on building compassion for yourself as we work towards building emotional resilience and understanding who you are at your core.
