I consider all aspects of an individual and implement a bio-psycho-social-spiritual, culturally-sensitive and client-centered approach with individuals, couples, families and groups.
My Background and Approach
I use various research-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Family Systems. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, teens and facilitated many groups and has completed Domestic Violence 52-week facilitator training.
