My Background and Approach
I offer a warm and affirming space where we will center your feelings, wants, and needs. I welcome the uncertainty, the excitement, the sadness, the anxiety, the joy, the in-progress thoughts, the typically undesirable feelings, the inner wisdom of “I know, but I don’t know how to articulate it just yet”, and more. I work from an embodied, liberatory, and humanistic approach. I draw from different modalities and tailor my approach to each client’s particular set of needs. For me, it’s about partnering with each client and integrating what works best and feels the most supportive and beneficial. My identities, positionality, and lived experiences inform my perspective the same way clients bring theirs. I commit to offering a space of mutual authenticity. One in which you can just be - as you are, with no conditions, made-up rules, or expectations.
