Energetic health maintenance supports many common experiences such as stress, anxiety, trauma, connection depletion, compassion fatigue, sleep troubles. It can also enhance our relationship to self and others. Reiki integrates well with other healing therapies and can help to support optimal conditions for holistic health, wellness, and healing.
My Background and Approach
Angelica is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Integrative Health, Certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher who utilizes energetic health and healing techniques for the support of diverse health concerns, prevention, and maintenance of whole-person wellbeing. Angelica provides Reiki healing, energetic health support, and education. Their goal is to ensure clients leave feeling more informed, connected to self, and equipped with self-healing tools to support each individuals energetic health maintenance journey. Angelica’s intention is to work alongside you to share in the experience of self healing through the art of Reiki and energetic health maintenance techniques. The Japanese art of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a gentle healing technique most often involving minimally invasive light touch through various hand position/placements along the body's energy pathways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Angelica believes that we all have the innate capacity to heal. She seeks to empower clients to lean into their own healing capacities through learning about the energetic body, self, and ways to maintain it. She contributes most of her ongoing learning and approach to working with clients to the natural world of health, energy and connection.
