About My Clients
We often focus our energies on taking care of others and everything around us that we forget about ourselves. When we forget about ourselves, we may become overwhelmed, stressed, and feel many mixed emotions causing us to remain stuck in our patterns of feeling, thinking, and in our behaviors. As your therapist, my goal is to help you navigate through the pit stops and detours in your life journey, so that you can begin to take care of YOU.
My Background and Approach
My approach in therapy is eclectic, which is grounded in a Client-Centered approach along with other therapeutic modalities appropriate to your needs. I provide a warm, safe, caring, respectful, and non-judgmental space for you to share and process what is most important to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When we use our energy to focus on ourselves and work through the difficult parts of our lives, I believe that is when we gain clarity and begin to understand our experiences. We also learn to live, rather than just exist. I believe that self-love and self-acceptance is our internal compass that guides us to move forward and begin to heal.
