About My Clients
I enjoy working with all age groups and am passionate about helping others work through crisis & trauma, life transitions, and managing stress, depression, and anxiety. I believe in facing problems with clients and listening in order to understand what clients’ specific needs are in order to help them navigate through their problems.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with children/adolescents/teens in crisis. I also work with new mothers who are having difficulty transitioning into their role as mom. By using techniques from CBT, SRBT, TFCBT, and MI, I work with clients to aid in managing their stress, depression, anxiety, and other life stressors.
