About My Clients
When they first come in, they feel overwhelmed, unable to make a choice for themselves, and replay their social interactions over and over. They feel unseen, resentful, and unappreciated. They miss the fun they used to have. They overthink how others perceive them and feel inferior to other parents. They feel as though they are able to handle all that life throws at them without asking others for help. They want to prioritize boundaries, but don’t know how.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults who have struggled to meet their own emotional needs. They are trying to relearn the balance of being a partner, parent, and friend. The ones who struggle to say that without taking care of themselves, they cant take care of anyone else around them. My goal is for you to view yourself as the beautiful person you are mentally, physically, and emotionally.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You felt as though you were prepared to balance all that you had hoped for; being a parent, working, continuing to be a loving partner and a friend. You feel unfulfilled, searching for a change, looking for a new passion. You feel exhausted, but you find yourself unable to relax. You tell yourself this is what you have been searching for for as long as you can remember. It’s impacting your relationships with those you hold close. My clients just want to be able to show up for all that need them and for themselves too. It is okay for you to find help. My goal for my clients are to help you identify what is holding you back, what thoughts you are telling yourself, what memories and conversations are keeping you up at night.
