My Background and Approach
I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and have helped hundreds of men and women break free from their painful relationship patterns. Here's how it works: We work together 1:1 for 12 weeks--I'm personally taking you through my proven process for healing toxic relationship patterns. You'll have access to my private messaging so you can receive support when triggers arise--aka you run into your ex, have an argument with your mom… You'll get access to my signature online program--12 modules teaching you step-by-step how to: set boundaries, heal past hurts, communicate successfully and be heard, build your self-esteem and self-worth, and much more!
