My Background and Approach
I have extensive training and experience treating individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, insomnia and trauma-related disorders. I tailor the therapeutic approach to the individual drawing from evidence-based treatments, based on individual symptoms and goals for treatment. Therapy is not one-size fits all and I prioritize compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative care for all my patients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to change, grow and learn throughout our life. Learning how to manage unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, make meaningful choices, and setting goals is so important. If we do not change the way we do things, nothing will change.
