About My Clients
I get it. Something doesn’t feel right. You’re feeling a little off, and you’re wondering “do I really need help?”– you’re getting out of bed, you’re going to work. But it’s hard. And, though it didn’t take COVID to feel this way, that definitely doesn’t help. My passion is assisting adults of all ages struggling with anxiety and self-worth, couples challenged in their relationships, and seniors experiencing unique late-in-life transitions.
My Background and Approach
Through my background in corporate, creative, and entrepreneurial life pursuits I have seen and experienced how people can grow from difficult circumstances and do exceptionally well. Gaining an understanding of one’s environment can reduce stressors, oppressive thoughts and attitudes can be altered or removed, and a path forward can be found.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an Associate MFT / Associate PCC, my therapeutic approach is practical and direct. I begin with a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based outlook adapting to your needs and together we can examine what is important in your everyday life as we build upon your strengths to navigate this demanding world. Life is a journey. It can be amazing and beautiful. It can also be grinding and painful – and no one needs to travel alone.
