I have many years of extensive experience and training in treating those who struggle with the core issues of codependency, that ultimately show up as relational problems or problems being intimate with others, addiction, and mood disorders. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) which means I work with and help men and women who struggle with sexually compulsive behavior that is destructive in their lives, and their families lives. I have run a lot of groups, and worked individually for men and women struggling with this and other types of unwanted sexual behavior, including porn use that is destructive in their marriages and relationships. I am to help restore a healthy and fulfilling sex life ultimately.

I have completed trainings, workshops, read books, and most importantly had personal experiences with those in open relationships. I have treated couples or singles who are interested in this lifestyle or who are currently trying to navigate this sexual landscape. I can offer safe, realistic, and sound therapeutic help for those who want help working through the specific challenges that are unique to your lifestyle.

I have extensive experience working with those who have experienced trauma, especially childhood trauma. I have worked for a years at a facility exclusively working with those who struggled with childhood trauma and are now struggling with addiction and with other mental health issues. I was trained in PIT, a model based on codependency, as well as was trained in experiential therapy and psychodrama to treat and release trauma from the body.

I have been trained in Gottman method, as well as Emotionally focus therapy to help aid me in treating couples. I have worked with all types of couples coming from all different backgrounds, and orientations. I have a passion for working with couples in any phase of their relationship, or life.
