My Background and Approach
I have been helping people for over 20 years dealing with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I use the Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approach. We will work collaboratively to address your depression and anxiety. I will work with you to give you tools, these will be exercises in your session, homework assignments, and suggested readings. Our sessions will be a safe place for you to express your feelings and thoughts with no judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have had the privilege to live around the world and meet people from all walks of life. Our experiences in life, both good and bad, shape our thought processes. I believe that everyone no matter what their race, sex, religion, disability, or anything else should be treated with respect.
