About My Clients
I work with individuals who are interested in making positive changes in their lives. Many of my clients are functioning at a very high level in one or more areas of life, but having a harder time in another area. I see lots of professionals who struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and burnout.
My Background and Approach
As a practitioner and teacher of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I’ve witnessed dramatic transformations. CBT provides an evidence-based approach to change. When combined with warmth and compassion, CBT can help people positively alter their lives in a time frame appropriate to their level of need.
