About My Clients
As a counselor, life coach, and business/executive coach, I see clients that are either struggling in one or two areas or are ready for overall change. I have significant experience working with people through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self image, grief, and body image among others. Most of my clients feel stuck and are unsure of how to move forward and gain momentum towards their healing and goals. I act in partnership with you to create the lasting change you desire.
My Background and Approach
While providing a safe, non-judgemental environment, we will identify barriers and challenges that have held you back from the life you want. We will develop strategies and tools together that will help you navigate life and relationships while also working through past hurts and traumas. Thought patterns and beliefs are based on past experiences and relationships, and we will identify and challenge which ones maybe standing in your way and keeping you from your hopes and dreams. My goal is to always be a soft place to land for that healing while also confronting ideas, thoughts, and behaviors when needed. I pull from an array of different therapeutic approaches to cater to the individual needs of each client and couple I see. I see the uniqueness in each person and situation and know the necessity of getting to know the intricacies that will work for each client. I am an open book and value any questions about my practice, work, and life when it is helpful to the client.
