My Background and Approach
My counseling approach derives from the client centered therapy model and cognitive behavioral therapy model. Building our course of therapy around the client and their current focuses are essential. I understands that the client is the expert of their lives and as the therapist I am present to act as a guide to support the client along their journey
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Angela believes in treating the WHOLE person in order to treat the situational stress and obstacles a person is experiencing. She believes that we, as humans, are exactly who we think we are, and in order to reach optimal change in our desired areas, we have to change our thoughts and feelings about ourselves and our situations.
