Do you feel like grief, anxiety, or relationship stress is weighing on you day to day? You may be functioning on the outside but overwhelmed inside. I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, loss, trauma, and relationship challenges. In our work, we slow things down and understand the “parts” of you carrying pain, fear, or protection. Using parts work, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness, I help you build clarity, steadiness, and more connection in your life and relationships.
My Background and Approach
am a licensed professional counselor and National Certified Counselor, as well as a certified grief and trauma therapist and Enneagram-informed mental health professional. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, and relational wounds, working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others after painful experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), mindfulness, attachment-based care, and nervous system regulation to support deep healing. I also offer a faith-based, spiritually integrated approach for clients who desire it, honoring their beliefs as a source of strength, meaning, and restoration. Clients often seek relief from overwhelm, clarity in relationships, and a deeper sense of peace. Together, we work toward emotional regulation, self-understanding, and reconnection to identity, hope, and purpose.

The tools I use in therapy come from years of experience working with individuals and couples facing grief, trauma, and relationship distress. My goal is to help you build practical skills you can use outside of session when emotions feel overwhelming or relationships feel stuck. I specialize in grief and loss, betrayal trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and couples work focused on rebuilding trust and connection. I use parts work, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness to help you understand what is happening internally when you feel triggered, shut down, or reactive. Together, we slow things down, notice patterns, and build emotional regulation and clarity. In couples work, I help partners move out of cycles of blame or withdrawal and into more grounded communication and repair. Clients often come feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We work together to build insight, steadiness, and relational skills that support lasting change and deeper connection.
