My name is Angela Sitka and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience counseling individuals in Sonoma County. I utilize an approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, it's a unique way to get "unstuck" from ongoing, and unchanging difficult life circumstances.
