My Background and Approach
I've worked as a mental health professional for over 15 years. I enjoy working from a holistic, strength-based, and client-centered approach that fits your needs. I can help you address your anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment to change, or relationship issues, and I specialize in working with people of color. Some of the techniques I use to support you are Eye Movement Processing Desensitization (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acudetox, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
