We’ll work together in a direct and collaborative way, focusing on what’s happening right now and how you can gain control over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, or relationship issues, I’ll tailor my approach using proven methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and person-centered therapy. If faith is an important part of your life, I also offer Christian-centered counseling, integrating faith-based principles to support your healing process.
