We will work together to explore and process what you are going through while moving you towards becoming emotionally and mentally healthier. At The Comfy Place, we work with individuals, couples, and families to help guide and support them on their journey to living a healthier and more fulfilled life.
My Background and Approach
I am a veteran, Mental Health Nurse, and Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I believe life can be challenging. My intention is to aspire and awaken you by tapering into the surface of your inner potential. This type of awakening create an environment in which you can learn to be responsible for your own self-growth; self-healing, and thrive in a healthy manner. I will help you focus on overcoming under the surface beliefs which can trigger anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I tend to include wellness, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT approach to you thrive in a healthy manner based on the individual perspectives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is not simple; however, the way we cope with life's difficulties will make the biggest difference in building a strong foundation that addresses optimizing our emotional, physical, spiritual and mental health.
