Like many of us, you’re probably someone who has made valiant efforts to change your life, but because of that little voice inside your head, it can be hard to do so.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety by using an integrative approach, where I move between different styles of psychotherapy with the positive expectation that they’ll help guide them to where they want to be in life. During our work together, you will be able to express and explore yourself in a non-judgmental space. Along the way, you'll learn both triggers and coping skills to better manage your mental health and improve interpersonal relationships. I’m collaborative, and my goal is to guide you in the direction you want, to help you develop coping skills, so that you can use them to help you manage the chaos that has been going on in this world. My warm and supportive, yet direct approach creates a safe space for you to take care of well-being and be yourself.
