I provide a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and begin the journey toward wholeness. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, and Divorce. I've also had first-hand experience with fostering, as well as family addiction and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I find joy in the simple, soul-refreshing things—walking my dog in the fresh air, hiking wooded trails, kayaking on quiet waters, and soaking up the beauty of the beach. I love spending time in nature, gardening, birdwatching, and delighting in all the wonder of God’s creation. These quiet rhythms help ground me and remind me of God’s presence in the everyday. I believe life is meant to be shared, and that healing grows in connection—one compassionate, grace-filled step at a time.
