About My Clients
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, c-/PTSD, ADHD, ASD, neurodiversity, grief, relationships, life transitions, and complex emotions. They might feel stuck, misunderstood, high-masking, or seeking stability. I enjoy supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, ADHDers, autistic clients, and those seeking trauma-informed, affirming care with flexible, low-cost options.
My Background and Approach
I am an LAPC in PA with a background in behavioral health, including several years working with autistic children and their families. I bring lived ADHD experience, that deeply shapes my approach therapy. My approach is integrative and collaborative, blending emotion-focused, strength-based, person-centered, play, and Adlerian therapy with tools from DBT, REBT, and solution-focused strategies. Sessions are flexible, affirming, and tailored to you. We might focus on building coping skills, processing emotions/trauma, understanding patterns or the past, or strengthening self-advocacy. I offer therapy that feels real, supportive, fun and human. I aim to create a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and move toward stability, confidence, and growth at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, natural, fun, and human. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support, validate, and walk alongside you. I believe neurodivergence/neurodiversity is not something to be cured, but understood and supported. Everyone deserves affirming, accessible mental health care, especially LGBTQIA+ and marginalized communities. I value honesty, humor, and flexibility in the therapy space. Growth does not have to be rigid or painful to be meaningful. I believe change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to advocate for themselves. Therapy can include both the heavy moments and times for laughs and lightness. You do not have to have it all figured out to start. When you're ready I am here.
