About My Clients

I offer a safe, inclusive, and judgement-free space where together, we can revisit your past, change your present, and create your best future. I work with adults of all ages, esp. neurodivergent adults. My clients are looking for answers and peace from trauma, self-criticism, anxiety, parental wounds, relationship difficulties, and sobriety. They are often in a life transition, searching for their true identities and multiplicities of freedom. They are open, curious, and ready to be brave.

My Background and Approach

It can be hard to know how to ‘human’ when faced with the realities of our existence, but you don’t have to search for the answers alone. You are not alone- many people are struggling to find something that will restore a sense of self, of belonging, purpose, and connection. I see the critical role of power, privilege, and oppression in our lives, particularly as it relates to mental health, trauma, well-being, access to resources, and ability to live fully and authentically. I am here to support you in finding those missing pieces of your life and self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I got a BA in medieval history and so promptly became a full-time server and bartender, and I was feeling extremely stuck and uncertain about my past or future path, so rather than get therapy, I sold all my possessions and moved abroad to Prague, and then to Saigon Vietnam( where I eventually got therapy). My experiences and desire to give back in a meaningful way led me to the field of mental health counseling. I returned to the US in 2018 and soon moved to Seattle, WA for my Master's. In Seattle, I volunteered with a homeless shelter for teens & young adults & with Crisis Connections, a suicide and crisis hotline. I worked at a community mental health agency and facilitated an LGBTQ support group and an Art for Coping group, as well working with clients individually. Outside of my role as a counselor & coach, I am a  witchy-type cat lady who loves sci-fi and fantasy, cooking, and traveling as much as possible.
